Believe AND then Receive!”  You must do the first, in order to get the last.

The three lies of the enemy we are believing, which cause our inability to RECEIVE all that God has for us, are fear, rejection and abandonment. These are evil spirits standing in our way, or standing at our “Gate,” keeping all that Jesus promises to give us from manifesting in our lives. Believing a lie is sin (what we do with the lie is the fruit of the “sin” or lack there of). Until we can deal with these three lying spirits we will not be able to have (receive) the river of God flowing into us unhindered. The unhindered river of God allows the Manifest Presence of God to pour through our lives, which produces freedom, signs, wonders and miracles. We must ask Jesus to come and be our “Gatekeeper” so that all that He paid the price for on the cross can flow into our lives.

We are already FULL of Him, but what we want, and have been pursuing, is His Manifest Presence to receive all that He has for us, and to have it all the time, without measure. We want a Habitation of Heaven, not just a Visitation. We want to walk “WITH” God constantly, like Enoch did.

The last will be first, and the first will be last.  Genesis 41:51-52

“And Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh for he said, ‘God has made me forget all my toil, and all my father’s house.’ And the name of the second he called Ephraim, ‘For God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction” or literally “fullness of the multitude of nations.” (Luke 21:24, Rom. 11:25, Gen. 48:19, Dan. 12:7)

The first is fully believing salvation: Manasseh

The second is fully receiving fruitfulness: Ephraim

Genesis 48:17-19 “And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him and he held up his father’s hand, to remove it from Ephraim’s head to Manasseh’s head. And Joseph said to his father, ‘Not so, my father, for this is the firstborn. Put your right hand on his head.’ And his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know it. He also will become a people and he also will be great, but truly his younger brother will be greater than he and his seed will become the fullness of the nations.”

Adam and Jesus / Esau and Jacob / Leah and Rachel / Israel and Believers  / Old Covenant and New Covenant: the last will be first and the first will be last. The Bible is FULL of this illustrative parable. Life has bruised and hurt us so much, and the enemy has used the pains of our life as entry points to “preach” his lies into our mind and heart, which hinders our heart from opening up and receiving fully what God wants to give us (Psalm 24). Most of us have bought into the enemy’s lies to some degree, and our heart has set up protective blockages: some more than others, depending on what life has brought our way (generational lies too).

It is time to break these three spirits off, once and for all, and fully embrace Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of Adoption.
